After-College Aftercare

The After‑College Aftercare Service is a bespoke support service specifically for former interns from Landmarks, designed to help them continue pursuing their employment goals and aspirations even after leaving the Supported Internship programme.

Who can access the After-College Aftercare Club?

Eligibility extends to any previous Landmarks learner who has completed a Supported Internship within the past five years.

We have a dedicated team of professionals who can assist with the following:

  • Ongoing workplace support, including assistance with interviews as needed.
  • Guidance and referrals to relevant services to help sustain employment.
  • Continued contact and tailored support while individuals settle into their new roles.

Since its establishment in 2018, the After‑College Aftercare service has successfully:

  • Facilitated the reemployment of 20 former interns, and
  • Helped a further 14 young people remain in their employment through sustained workplace support
