The Board of Trustees made up of volunteers from different professional sectors. The board meet three times a year with additional sub-committees who undertake decisions as delegated in the Scheme of Delegation.

The role of the board is to provide support and guidance in setting the strategic direction of the college, setting its objectives, and monitoring results, and supporting the college to provide a high-quality and effective learning experience for everyone who attends the College.
