Yes. Landmarks provides specialist education for young people aged 16–25 with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). Your young person’s EHCP and other relevant information will form part of the application and assessment process

Getting to and from college is an important part of preparing for college life. Transport support for young people with SEND may be available through your local authority, depending on eligibility and individual circumstances.
Post-16 and post-19 transport is managed by the local authority where the young person lives, with each council having its own eligibility criteria and application process.
Once funding for your young person’s placement has been agreed, our Learner Recruitment Team will contact you to explain how you can arrange transport and what options are available.
