This one-year pathway has been designed to support 16 to 18-year olds to transition from school into college and inspire you to think about what is important to your future.

You might not complete any qualifications on the FE Choices Pathway, but if you do, the qualifications we offer are: 

  • Functional Skills – English, Maths and ICT
  • Employability Skills
  • Skills for Working Life

What does this Pathway lead to? 

FAQ’s 

Q: Can I start on the FE Choices Pathway if I am under 16?

A: Yes. Sometimes our learners need to try a different environment to learn in. We can work with your school if transitioning to college early is going to be the best choice for you.

 

Q: I don’t want to come to college, can college come to me? 

A: Yes, we can work with you in your home or local community to support you to become as independent as possible. 

 

Q: Can I change my timetable? 

A: We can be flexible to meet your needs and give you the opportunity to try different things. You might not always be able to join the sessions you would like, but we will do our best to make sure that you are happy with your timetable.
