Potential learners with an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) can begin their journey within our own public house – The Archer, located in Nottinghamshire or at our bistro’s in Derbyshire & Rotherham.

Here you will develop the skills and confidence needed for working within the hospitality and catering industry.
When moving onto your Supported Internship with Greene King you will be fully supported by a trained Job Coach until such time that you can work independently, and have become an established, competent and reliable member of the Greene King team.
Qualifications offered on this Pathway
All qualifications are City and Guilds registered and can be delivered from Entry Level 1 to Level 2:
- Functional Skills – English, Maths and ICT
- Employability Skills
- Skills for Working Life
- Bespoke qualifications linking with your chosen vocation.
What does the Employability Pathway lead to?
This exciting new Pathway will provide each Intern with real work experience, which could potentially lead to employment with Greene King.
