At Landmarks, Careers Education, Information, Advice & Guidance (CEIAG) is an important part of every learner’s journey. From the start of their programme, learners are supported to explore their interests, develop skills and understand the opportunities available to them after college.

Our transition planning helps each learner work towards an aspirational and sustainable outcome that reflects their individual goals, strengths and needs.

Possible Outcomes

• Employment
  Paid employment, Supported Internships, work experience, voluntary or supported voluntary work.
• Further Education
  Further education at another college, apprenticeships or other learning opportunities.
• Social & Independence
  Ascend Day Services (formerly Lifelong Learning), day services, increased independence at home or in the community, Personal Assistant support and other community opportunities.
• Other Local Options
  Services and opportunities available within the learner’s local community.
