Learners gain experience in real working environments, including The Bistro and The Archer, developing their confidence and independence through practical activities.
Sessions cover the different parts of hospitality, from preparing food and serving customers to maintaining a professional environment and working safely.
The skills developed through Hospitality and Catering can support learners as they prepare for the workplace, including opportunities such as work experience, Supported Internships and employment within hospitality and catering.
